Terms and Conditions

Reservations

Please have your credit card ready when you are making a reservation. A deposit for one nights accommodation will be required if no credit card details are provided.

Cancellation

We require 5 days cancellation notice prior to the date of reservation. Failure to cancel as required will result in either the deposit becoming non-refundable, or 50% of the accommodation total will be deducted from your credit card number previously offered as security. If cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, full accommodation will be charged. No shows will be charged at the full accommodation total.

Your Obligations

We will try all our best to make your stay with us comfortable. However, your co-operation is really appreciated.

• No Smoking

For the comfort of all guests, all our units are designated non-smoking. Please do not smoke in the motel units.

• No Party

No party is allowed in the motel. 

• Be Considerate

It is very important to be considerate for others while you are staying with us. Please keep quiet as other guests may want to have a good rest, especially after 10:00 p.m.

• No Damage

You are responsible for any damage to our property caused by your negligence, and the related costs will be charged to your account.
