Wireless Broadband

If your computer/Lap top has WiFi (wireless facilities) installed, you can access the internet in your room without using a cable. We have wireless broadband facility to suit your needs at a minimal cost. Special rates can apply for long term stay or regular business people. There is no need to change the setting in your computer. You will require a user name and a password from us. It is safe and hassle free. Please enquire at the reception.

Instruction

First check the connection icon at the right hand bottom corner in your computer and see whether your computer is able to connect to our local network. Your computer should automatically detect the wireless network signal after you turn it on. Open a web browser in your computer (ie internet explorer), wait for a minute. You computer should take you to our network login platform. There you should enter the user name and password provided by us. The computer should take care of the rest and you can relax and enjoy your internet surfing.

What if your computer does not have WiFi?

Don't worry. You can still access the internet by using the dial up. Every unit has a connection point for this purpose. We can provide the cable for you, but you need to have your internet account available. Please bear in mind, there is a cost to this, because all our phone lines are business lines and Telecom will charge us for any dial up usage. Please do not stay on line for too long as other customers may want to use the phone line as well. Thanks for your co-operation.
